Polyurethane System for Rigid Foam

Rigid Polyurethane foam is a preferred material for insulation due to its lightweight, very good thermal insulation (in the range of 16 to 20 mW/m K), dimensional stability, good adhesion and resistance to water permeation. One of the main impacts of using Polyurethane insulation is a huge saving on power for cooling in air – conditioned buildings, refrigerators and cold chain storage etc. Further it also finds application in hot cases, water geysers, building insulations, roof coatings etc.

Wall/AHU PUF/Insulation Panel/ Clean Room

Polyurethane foam insulation panels are commonly used in construction for walls, roofs, and air handling units (AHUs). These panels offer excellent thermal insulation, helping to regulate indoor temperatures and improve energy efficiency. Ecopolyol-B2 & EcoFoam ET either can be used for the Insulation Panel.
