Pipe Insulation
Pipe insulation is critical across high- and low-temperature process and mechanical piping, including oil and gas refining, food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing, and heating and cooling systems. FSI pour-in-place and spray polyurethane foam systems help protect workers, preserve process temperatures, reduce corrosion risk, and support fire safety requirements.
Broad service temperature range
Reliable flow and adhesion for uniform insulation coverage
Rapid demold to reduce downtime and accelerate installation
Fire performance and regulatory-aligned formulations
Proven and sustainable polyurethane systems for insulated pipes.
Ecofoam®
Ecofoam® is a two-component rigid polyurethane foam designed for industrial, commercial, and consumer applications. PFAS-free and developed as an alternative to systems formulated with HFC, HFO, and HCFO technologies, it supports reliable thermal and structural performance while helping manufacturers advance their sustainability goals.
Built for critical process and mechanical piping.
FSI polyurethane foam systems are designed to perform under extreme temperature swings and challenging operating conditions. Controlled flow characteristics and consistent density distribution help ensure complete coverage and long-term thermal stability.
Rapid cure profiles support faster project completion, while available zero-GWP and water-blown formulations align with stringent environmental standards. Systems are available to support NFPA Class 1 performance requirements where specified.
