Garage & Entry Doors

Insulated panels and laminated assemblies are essential to energy efficiency and long-term performance across building and industrial applications. Manufacturers rely on lightweight, high-performance polyurethane foam systems and adhesives to improve thermal efficiency, strengthen adhesion, and maintain consistent quality at production speeds.

High R-value in thin profiles, without sacrificing thermal performance

PFAS-Free insulation aligned with evolving regulations

Consistent flow and density for defect-free output

Strong adhesion for added panel stability and performance

Proven and sustainable polyurethane systems for garage and entry doors.

Ecofoam®

Ecofoam® is a two-component rigid polyurethane foam designed for industrial, commercial, and consumer applications. PFAS-free and developed as an alternative to systems formulated with HFC, HFO, and HCFO technologies, it supports reliable thermal and structural performance while helping manufacturers advance their sustainability goals.

Conti-Foam®

Conti-Foam® is a rigid polyurethane foam system designed for insulated metal panels produced through continuous double belt lamination. It bonds to panel skins as it cures, supporting strong adhesion and dimensional stability while enhancing thermal performance in architectural panels, garage doors, and other rigid-faced products.

OnePart™

OnePart™ is a one-component urethane adhesive designed for strong, reliable bonding without mixing. It performs consistently across a range of substrates and temperature conditions, making it well suited for panel lamination and structural assembly, including SIPs, door panels, RV lamination, and walk-in coolers and freezers. Solvent-free and available in small or bulk containers with customizable reactivity options.
