  • Molded components for exercise equipment, wheelchairs and other accessibility products
  • Mattresses for standard, specialty and medical beds

Versatile Ecoflex® and Genflex™ foams can be customized to a wide range of densities, from as low as 2.5 pcf to 20 pcf to meet a wide range of product requirements and end-use applications.

Products made with Ecoflex and Genflex® flexible foams boast low fatigue loss and excellent tear resistance, elasticity, flexibility, and comfort for durable lifetime performance.

Foam Supplies provides Genflex™ molded and slabstock viscoelastic foam with soft feel and fast or slow recoveries. Customizable formulations achieve the ideal pressure distribution and support traits.

Ecoflex® integral skin products can feature multiple color options, UV stabilizers and anti-bacterials. HR molded and integral skin products made with Genflex™ foams can be customized with substrates and inserts. Foam Supplies offers consultation on aesthetic and functional customizations to suit any end-use.

The excellent flowability, uniform density distribution and cure profile characteristics of Ecoflex™ and Genflex™ systems allows for faster, more consistent output.

Ecoflex® systems are blown with Ecomate® blowing agent, a zero-GWP formula meeting the most stringent environmental regulations, including California SB1013 and Prop 65.

Ecomate® systems offer more seamless transition from HFC systems compared to other fourth-generation blowing agents. Unlike pentane-blown systems, no permits or explosion proofing are required with Ecomate® systems.

Genflex™ flexible molded and slabstock foams are blown with water, which converts to carbon dioxide during foaming as the blowing agent and is also considered a zero-GWP formulation.

FSI’s global production and distribution network offers flexible delivery in totes, drums, pressurized cylinders or in bulk according to your needs.
