Flotation & Comfort Boating Foam with Lifetime Performance
Ecomarine®, Spritzer™ Marine, and Kit Foam meet or exceed U.S. Coast Guard requirements for flotation materials specified in 33 CFR §183.114 while providing excellent durability and adhesion to substrates.
Boat seating and accessories are made with Ecoflex® and Genflex™ flexible boating foam systems which come in a wide range of densities (2.5 – 8 pcf) and feature excellent energy absorption, tear-resistance and low fatigue loss for lifetime durability and superior passenger comfort.
Ecoflex® integral skin foam can be customized to the density, hardness and skin thickness required for steering wheels, consoles and other components. Decorative surface finishes, multiple color options and UV stabilizers provide quality fit and finish. Ecoflex integral skin foam allows for broad customization of performance and aesthetic attributes such as density, hardness, skin thickness, color and UV stability.
Ecomarine®, Ecoflex® and Ecofoam® systems are blown with Ecomate® blowing agent, a zero-GWP formula meeting the most stringent environmental regulations, including California SB1013.
Genflex™ flexible molded and slabstock foams are blown with water, which converts to carbon dioxide during foaming as the blowing agent and is also considered a zero-GWP formulation. The systems do not require Prop 65 labeling.
