Continuous Line Foam is a rigid pour-in-place foam is specifically formulated for continuous double-belt lamination manufacturing across a range of panel thicknesses.
Rigid polyurethane has the lowest thermal conductivity of all foam insulating materials and is ideal for use in metal composites. Conti-Foam, a specially formulated continues line foam from FSI, provides superior adhesion, bonding to the panel skins as it cures to provide greater dimensional stability and thermal performance compared to adhered boardstock.
