Ecoflex Integral Skin Foams
Ecoflex foams deliver durable, lightweight performance for furniture, transportation, medical applications, and more. Designed to prevent subsurface bubbles or voids, these MDI- or TDI-based systems ensure high-quality end-use results.
With densities as low as 2.5 pcf, Ecoflex meets or exceeds ASTM 3574 standards, FMVSS 302, and CAL 117 flammability requirements. Its superior noise absorption makes it ideal for acoustic applications. Non-emissive catalysts and surfactants reduce odor and fogging, while UV stabilizers and custom colors enhance aesthetics.
